Electronic check Conversion is a process in which your check is used as a source of information for the check number, your account number and routing number. The information is then used to duplicate the check and submitted to your financial institution for payment. By completing this form you authorize us to copy your check and to submit it as an original to your bank.

By clicking submit, you confirm that funds are currently available in your checking account and that youunderstand that depending on your financial institution, it may take several days for the check to clear. You agree to ensure that the funds remain available until the check clears, and you will be responsible for a $35.00 fee if payment is returned for any reason. By making this payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined by Stone & Saunders and that you agree to be bound by them.
